Why Am I Gaining Weight After Uterus Removal?

Hi, my aunt has got her uterus removed 7months back and she has put on weight even after regular walk and diet. yesterday she got her urine and blood test done for T3,T4 and TSH hormone level, everthing is within normal range, but in urine routine test pus cells are found and range of pus cells is not indicated in report. What may be the reason for pus cell formation and increase in her weight?
