Why Am I Getting Pregnancy Symptoms And Test Result To Be Negative?

Hello, my name is Maria i am 18 years old, for the past two months i have been having unprotected sex with my partner with the intention of becoming pregnant. I have been feeling pregnancy symptoms especially nausea and vomiting. Last month i went to the clinic to get a pregnancy test done and it came out negative, the next day after i got my period. Until today i still get nausea and vomiting is their any possibilities that i might be pregnant?? and is their anything else besides the urine test that i can do to determine if i really am pregnant??

Sometimes urine pregnancy test gives false negative results. If you have got the period, the pregnancy is ruled out. However, uterine bleeding due to other causes can be taken mistakenly as a period, so to be clear in such cases and to know if you're pregnant or not an ultrasound and HCG blood test (quantitative test) are necessary.
