Why Am I Having A Clumpy Discharge?

Hello, I am experiencing a problem. I am currently menstruating. I did not have my menses for a few years,and all of a sudden a few weeks ago I had spotting. I recently visited a gynecologist and did a biopsy. According to the results, everything is fine and the bleeding I am having is the menstrual cycle. The days ago I had light bleeding and for the past two days I am having clumpy discharge. Is this a normal concern or do I need to go to the emergency room?
