Why Am I Having Brown Discharge With Abdominal Pain ?

I am getting little brown discharge for last 3 days. I also have abdomen pain for last 3 days. I am missing my periods from yesterday. What is this brown discharge? I am trying for pregnant . Will it be a pregnant symptom? . today I am not feeling the abdominal pain . What about the Pain doctor?

Thanks for writing to us.
Mild brownish discharge with overdue periods might be due to pregnancy. You should get your urine for pregnancy test done with an early morning sample of urine . If it comes positive or weakly positive then an ultrasound examination is needed to confirm it.
