Why Am I Having Brown Discharge?

i was expecting periods on 28th may but they didnt come. had 2 positive selftest one a little light. went to doctor with bloodtest done on 30th june and value turned out to be 97. doc said its too early to detect but we had to travel so she said to repeat it after 4 days and value was 143.7. she wasnt satisfied said to repeat wid u/s done when we return to our country.... but unfortunately its 42nd day today and since yesterday i am having brown discharge and clots .... i am in turkey presently.... no one understands english here.... need guidance.
