Why Am I Having Brown Spotting And A Red Gooey Discharge?

hello, I am on the implant, been on it for 2 months and I came on my period normal for the first month and the second month I have had brown spotting and then had a red gooey discharge which looked like jelly? is this normal. I am sexually active and really concerned.
