Why Am I Having Constant Headache?

Hi im a 16 year old male who has been experiencing a huge headache. Every time I stand up I get really dizzy. Yesterday I went to get a christmas tree and it was raining and extremely cold. When I got back, I started to get a headache. The only way I felt better was to lay down. So I ve been in my bed for 18hours. I don t know what to do.
