Why Am I Having Cough And Mild Fever?

i am a 22 year old girl...i am having cough from past 3-4 days and mild fever also...like around 99.2
i have taken Dolo -650 for fever...and tusQ for cough...
i have stopped taking medicine now...today also im feeling bit feverish...around 99 fever....
does it can be symptoms of something serious?

Hi,
There is nothing serious.
It seems that you might be having respiratory tract infection.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
Continue with cough syrup to get symptomatic relief.
