As you have taken the emergency contraceptive pill with a high dose of hormones that will alter your regular menstrual cycle. Because of the withdrawal effect of the hormones in emergency contraceptive pill you might have had bleeding in between the menstrual cycles. Sometimes the bleeding can present as thick colored clotted blood because of the being collected in the uterus.
If it continues like your regular menstrual flow and if it stops in 4 to 5 days no need to take medicines to stop it. If it continues further, better to consult your gynecologist once and take anti-fibrinolytic drugs to control the bleeding. You have to maintain at least two month gap between two emergency contraceptive pills to avoid menstrual irregularities.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
