Why Am I Having Early Pregnancy Symptoms?

I am a 21 year old female overall healthy, for the past 2 weeks i have been experiencing nausea and fatigue alot.. i had a baby 6 months ago and felt the same way pregnant with him, but i have taken multiple pregnancy tests and they were negative could this be something serious or could i be pregnant again?

Hi..you have negative pregnancy tests,so you should rest assured you aren't pregnant (to confirm you can repeat a upt in a week's time)..you haven't mentioned anything regarding your menses..have you resumed your normal cycles or not..? your nausea and fatigue might be because of numerous factors..get a serum TSH done, LFT.. and take Cap pantop d 1 capsule empty stomach daily for 7 days alongwith iron, calcium and multivitamin for a month as your fatigue might be because of your post delivery and breastfeeding which requires and extracts quite a good amount of calories from your body..
If still not relieved you should get a physician's opinion regarding the same.
