So i decided that let me just see the following nights if the same thing happens and it has been happening every night. Hi,

How old are you? Are you male or female? Have you associated any risk factors like hypertension, diabetes? I think you're going to college so I assume that your age around 18-24.

In this age, palpitations may be due to anxiety neurosis or panic attacks. Rarely hyperthyroidism or electrolyte imbalance etc. Anemia also one of the triggering factor.

Avoid caffeinated drinks and alcohol, avoid smoking. Do regular exercise and yoga. if symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
