Why Am I Having Lightheadedness, Dizziness, Cold, Radiating Pain In The Arm And Anxiety?

I am having lite headedness im dizzy and im cold but I have some anxiety. I was to the hospital in august for pain going up and down my arm and they checked to see if I wasn t having a heart attack. I went to my primary care dr after and he told me I had post tramautic stress with lil anxiety. I had 2 car accidents back in may and my mom passed away what do I do
