Why Am I Having Mucus Like Discharge With Cramps In Pregnancy?

Hi I am 24 weeks pregnant and today I have had a mucus like discharge that is tinted a pinkish red color and have had cramping that feel like strong menstrual cramps but they come and go they are not consistent I am worried I am going into premature labor

hi what you are suffering from is called threatened abortion where the risk of miscarriage is increased. you should be on bed rest no coitus or lifting weight. start tab duva 10 mg twice a day and tab dupahston 10 mg twice a day. take one tab of drotin stat. take one urine routine test as this is the major common cause for threatened abortion. all the best take care.
