Why Am I Having Nausea, Vomiting And Sleepiness?

Hi. My daughter caught what seems to be the flu from her cousin which turned out to be an ear infection says doc. But she was throwing up for two days. Now she s fine. But I caught it right after and my symptoms are a lot of nausea and vomiting and sleepynes its been two days of those symptoms. I feel a little better now. Still dizzy and nausy. Is this normal?

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that in viral infection initial phase of disease is severe and makes the patient really sick but later on that is comes around with the symptomatic medicine only, no need to worry about this, have a nice day.
