Why Am I Having Pain In Stomach After Falling Down?

Hi three days ago I fell over whislt drunk on my back and my stomach. The day after my stomach was in so much pain I couldn't even stand or sit up. The pain has continued but is now in my back and stomach and I have a loss of appietate and when I eat my stomach swells up. I also have pain when going to the toliet.

With a history of trauma, and pain abdomen increasing in its area and intensity with gastro intestinal symptoms like bloating up and loss of appetite, I would advise you to go to the ER of a hospital nearest to you at the earliest to get your self assessed and have proper management instead of wasting any more time. It won't be possible to opine on this condition without a physical examination of your abdomen.
