Why Am I Having Pregnancy Like Symptoms?

I am 17 years old and had sex about 2 months ago, I have got my period since then but it didn't seem normal to me. I don't have many symptoms but I have lower back pain and nausea. I also pee a lot more then I usually do and I can't seem to stop eating but then feel sick after. Is there any chance I could be pregnant?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI,
I have read your query carefully & understand your concern.
- Pregnancy some times is associated with monthly bleeding which is scanty in nature. Your symptoms could be due to early pregnancy.A home pregnancy test of urine ( provided there is no burning/ pain during urination) Or USG scan of lower abdomen would exclude pregnancy.
- Alternatively urinary infection with bladder involvement can present with symptoms like yourself.
Urine routine & microscopic examination/ urine culture would confirm the cause.
Treatment will be cause specific with a specialist's consultation.
Thanks.
