Why Am I Having Severe Pain In The Crease Between My Thigh And Pelvic Bone That Radiates Throughout My Leg Upon Touching That Spot?

I am having severe, knock me to my knees pain in the creese between my thigh and pelvic bone. If it is touched or hit wrong, it shoots pain al the way up and also all the way down, on my left leg and side and causes me to become very sick to my stomach. There is no visible sign of an injury. I am only concerned because because it is either right on, or near the artery.
