Why Am I Having Sharp Pains In My Groin Area?

this summer i went to a chiropractor for pain in my groin area. did stretches and some theraphy. got a little better. after 20 visits. now today i have been having really sharp pains in my right groin area. sometimes i am stading and other times i am sitting. i am a schoolbus driver and also a waitress. what do you think it is? or who should i see for this.
