Why Am I Having Sharp Pains In My Spine And Neck?

I wonder if you could help with my concerns at all. Rather embarrassing to admit but I had a bit of an 'argument' with a dancing pole about ten days ago (basically I was drunk, the pole was rather slippery and I ended up crashing my 11.5 stone (not sure what that is in American pounds!) to the floor, backside first! After the pain of embarrassment for my incident came the expected severe pain that ensued in my coccyx (I was predicting this, having been 'fortunate' enough to have fallen on them THREE times before!). What worries me this time, however, is the fact I've been getting dull to mildly sharp pains throughout the length of my spine and also in my neck (kinda akin to whiplash). Having had an MRI scan about 6 years ago, I already know I have minor disc bulging at T11/12 and L5/S1, as well as dehydration of the T11/12 disc and a Schmorl's type deformity affecting the inferior posterior body of T11, with loss of height of the anterior T11 body. Soooo, in a nutshell, ould my fall have worsened any of this as I have been going through a 2 year period of virtually no back pain but feel almost back to square one after this latest fall :-((
