Why Am I Having Sharp Pains In My Tummy?

I left my tampon in over night and i over blead (bleed? bled?,anyway)but i only noticed that i over bleed when i stood up because right as i stood up there was a large sudden blood spill,and now im having sharp pains in my tummy,sry if my grammer is bad,im 16
