Why Am I Having Stiffness Like Tightness In My Wrists, Triceps And Shoulders?

I m having stiffness/tightness in my wrists, triceps and shoulders & my triceps & shoulders feel bruised, but aren t showing physical bruises. Just feeling off , almost lightheaded, but not. What type of Dr. should I make an app t. with? Could this be the beginning of rheumatoid arthritis? My GP?
