Why Am I Having Tiredness With Runny Nose, Dry Mouth And Pass Lots Of Urine ?

hi dr, im 22 years old i have an abnormal type of flue,at first i had runny itchy nose i took panadol flue pills for 2 days and now i m feeling so exteremly tired with less runny nose, i always feel sleepy,lazy,tired,i also have dry mouth and urinate alot and all my body feel so down NB: i started smoking since i was 17 but stopped now just 2 weeks from now , does that have an effect.

Panadol flu contains pseudoephedrine which can make you feel tired and sleepy all the time.
