Why Am I Having Trouble Recalling Words And Slow Brain Function?

I am 45 year old female who is obese. I have been having brain fog - trouble with recall, word finding, and slowed brain functioning, for about 3 weeks. I have also had increased headaches and neck aches as well. I do suffer from some anxiety due to alot of losses in the last year. I am also diabetic. I am concerned there is something wrong in my brain which isn't helping with my anxiety. Any ideas, suggestions?
