Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears that it is a bacterial infection of the lungs, may be pneumonia, bronchitis, etc.
I advise you to consult a chest physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, phenylephrine, citrizine, theophylline.
Avoid taking fruits, juices, ice cream, ice water etc.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
