Why Am I Heavily Bleeding After An Implant?

Hi av been on the implant nearly 2 years and recently I have been bleeding a lot more for 3 weeks on 3 months of I have been checked and everythink is fine no infection but now it hasn t been a month yet and I am back on feeling numb pains cramping what could this be do I need a pregnancy test?
