Why Am I Inhaling Through My Throat?

Almost everytime I breath in through my nose, I feel the air going down my throat, therefore causing me to burp. It has been going on since yesterday, and I ve also been having headaches, stomachaches, and have been feeling cold, even in this California heat. Should I be worried? Or is it something that can be solved easily? Please help.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, thanks for your query. All of us breath through nose and air enters the The throat and then wind pipe. Burping suggests that you might be having gastritis. It can be treated with proton pump inhibitors with prokinetcs drug for 6 to 8 weeks.
