Why Am I Losing Weight After Taking Ciplactin Tab?

hello i had ciplactin tab a few months back which was precribed by a doctor to me for weight gain as i was too much under weight .As soon as i stopped taking this tablet gradually i have started losing weight should i start taking them again? plz advice
