Why Am I Menstruating Again Only A Week After My Regular Period?

I recently had my period (8/20-8/26) and it was normal. Then, a week later (9/2), I went to the restroom and noticed dark brown blood when I wiped. I have basically started another period, but it's dark brown. There is enough for me to use a tampon. Is this anything I should be worried about?
