Why Am I Missing My Period?

Hi im 21,have very regular periods,did have a blited ovem a little over a year ago.....im now on day 8 of when I should have recieved my period,i have some pregnancy symptoms and I know what is normal for period "symptoms" and these are not it for me, but I have taken about 5 urine tests and all negative...what does this meen??
