Why Am I Not Able To Close My Eye?

one niece 17 years old , 2 days ago suddunly right eye can not close comfortable and the mouth on left side
a little bit not normal ( uncomfrotable )
Before that , she got fever ( 101 degree )
please let us know and any way we will send her to doctor soon for check up

It app ear's to be bell's palsy. post viral infection the branch of facial nerve is effected. she can take tab neurobion forte daily , combiflam tablet cabe taken one tablet twice daily. Because of lagophthal mos she may develop exposure keratitis. So apply arti ficial tear drop or neosporrine eye oint ment at bed time.Short course of steroid like tablet dexona with tap paring can be given. Physiotherapy of lid and lips can be continued.
