Why Am I Not Able To Open The Mouth Properly While Being A Gutka Addict ?

I am a gutka addict but since last 5 days I am not taking this.Problem started 5 days ago when I felt that my mouth is ot opening properly to take food, and when I tried to open my mouth it was very painful.I am not able to open my mouth properly and I am worrying for this.I am taking Gutka more than 20 yrs. Pl.advise what to do? I am in Gurgaon(Haryana) India.

This is due to long term gutka abuse. This condition is called oral submucous fibrosis. kindly consult a ENT specialist for proper treatment.
