Why Am I Not Conceiving With Normal Results Of Hysterolaparoscopy?

hi, i'm manisha 34 yrs old , i'm trying to conceive last 0ne yrs.and also done hysterolaparoscopy dec,2013. and find every thing is o.k. but still not conceiving .Doctor suggest me to take clomipure 100mg 3rd to 7th day, progyonova 2mg 8th to 12thday and naturogest 100mg 13th to till next period. Sir, what's the reason i;m not getting pregnant?

I can understand your concern, for the conception the basic requirement is "Ovum and Sperm " in normal physiological condition and these should be met in time for fertilization, these are the conditions for pregnancy if non of this is not fulfill then no chance for conception, again this is more natural phenomenon, I have seem many cases having every things perfect still no pregnancy seen in them, hope this information helps you good luck,
