Why Am I Not Diagnosed For PCOS While Having Irregular Periods And High Testosterone Levels?

Hello I am a 19 year old woman, I am 5’5 and 220lbs I have let myself go because I feel there is no hope in regulating my hormones. I have seen doctor after doctor and no one can tell me why sex is painful, or why I have spells of not having periods for years, I have high testosterone for a woman but they can not seem to diagnose me with endometriosis or PCOS, I have plenty of signs for both.
