Why Am I Not Getting Periods For 2 Months?

hi, i am lack of periods from last two months and most of the time specially at night and early in morning i feel a lot of pain at my back, and from last two weeks now my urine smells like mousy and sweet sort odour. am not marrid and i am 21 years old. kindly guide me
