Why Am I Not Having My Menses?

I have not had a period since my last start date of jan 20th 2011. I am always 28 days give or take a day. Could I be pregnant? I took a pregnancy test and it had a faint blue line but I hear the blue tests are innacurate. Cant get into my doctor til next week.
