Why Am I Not Having My Menses?

my periods are getting late.last month i got my periods on 21st april.m a 20 year old married girl.on 5th 6th and 7th we enjoyed sex but my husband says there is no chance of pregnancy as ejaculation happened outside my body.then why it is not happening
