Why Am I Not Having Normal Periods?

My name is Mjdfjkde and ive had a bladder problem ever since i got out of high School 2 yrs ago. For some reason, it has gotten worst. I pee like every 10 Minutes and 3 times a night or more. My stomache feels bloated as well. I also noticed that my period came earlier than usual, it was a normal cycle but that was an unusual start date. A couple of nights ago, I went to pee and saw blood on my panties, like I was spotting. But it only lasted one day and that was the week after my period. Do you know what is wrong with me?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

Frequent urination, blood in urine can occur with urinary tract infection or renal stones.History of colicky abdominal pain or back pain is more common in urinary tract stones.

I would suggest you to take urine analysis, culture and sensitivity in order to identify the suitable antibiotic. You may require a long course of antibiotic since your symptoms are chronic.

Abdominal and pelvic ultrasound ,X ray KUB should also be done to identify any abnormalities.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
