Why Am I Not Having Periods After Taking Abortion Pills?

doctor can i talk to you about a pregnancy matter please?
i am 19 years old. i did a pregnancy test and it said positive. after that i had the two abortion pills. later on, the result of pregnanacy test said negative BUT i am not having my periods for two months. i sleep a lot. i'm having mood swings and a big craving for sudden food. what might be the case?

Understand your concern
Some time pregnancy test may be give false negative result. So better to do post abortion USG and blood HCG to confirm incomplete abortion and abnormal development of pregnancy.
Absence of period for 2 months after abortion is not normal, You should consult the gynecologist to rule out below causes:
Again become pregnant, incomplete abortion, failure of abortion lead to abnormal development of pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy test may be negative), molar pregnancy, hormonal imbalance .
