Why Am I Snoring More Than Usual And Having Dry Barking Cough With Slight Pressure During Breathing?

I am a 51 yr old woman whi is about 40 lbs over weight. I have stated snoring more than usual and i have a dry barking cough with a slight pressure when breathing. I am concerned that it is something seriouse or can it be helped with diet and exercise?

hello. the cough and snoring may be attributed to your weight and may be associated with acid regurgitation into the throat. try to loose weight and avoid hot and spicy food. if this does not help, meet your ENT doctor for examination and further guidance. thanks
