Why Am I Still Experiencing Joint Pain, Weight Loss, And Fatigue Despite Treatment With Saaz DS And Mabura For Seronegative Arthritis?

Hai sir ..My All joints are pain...I have 5months baby..when pain is start my ra is 23 esr is 45 and crp is 10 and anti ccp is negative .Doctor told me that u have seri negative arthritis doctors suggest me to take saaz tablet. .after one month doctor did blood test my esr is 17,crp is 0.06 HAL is negative. ..But my pain is still not reduced after that doctor suggest me to take saaz ds and mabura injection but pain is not decreased and my weight is monthly 2 kg reduced ,fatigue is there ..still I didn t understand what is happening with me.....
