Why Am I Suffering From Nocturnal Nausea And Stomach Pain That Is Often Leading To Vomiting?

I am suffering from Nocturnal Nausea and stomach pains often leading to vomiting. I am also experiencing swelling of the ankles. This started 2 months ago. These are side-effects of a few of my medicines but I have been taking these medicines for several years without these issues. The medicines I am taking are Tacrolimus, Cellcept, Metformin, Norvasc, Metoprorol, Lipitor (generics of these drugs). What can be the problem? Please help.
