Get an ENT opinion and also a pure tone audiometry to rule out any auditory nerve pathology.

Contact an Audiologist.They will do hearing testing called pure tone Audiometry.If loss is there than what kind of loss it is and how much loss you have that information you will get.Depending on the type of loss mostly in sensorineural hearing loss they will do hearing aid trial and may suggest hearing aid. If the loss is conductive or mixed which shows middle ear pathology also than ENT consultation is needed.

Most of the normal individuals dont hear very low voice. As the age advances hearing reduces. do have problem while speaking on phone or do you need more volume than others while watching tv. . if no then dont worry enjoy life. if yes then surely your hearing is reduced If it is affecting your daily life then consult ENT surgeon get hearing test done and start using Hearing aid if there is hearing loss.
