Why Am I Unable To Sleep Due To Blood Pulsing While On Medication For Depression, High Blood Pressure And GERD?

blood pressure resting 135/95, heart rate 113, can feel blood pulsing. so loud I can t sleep 57 yr old female, diabetic (mild) 175 lbs. 5ft 1 inch tall. take meds for depression, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, gerd, coq10, vitamin d, sleep apnea

Hi I read your query very carefully.

You are unable to sleep because of high heart rate.

I recommend to add the dose of betablockers in order that your HR will be under 75/min and your BP under 130/85 mmHg.
