Hi,

The most probable reason for your symptoms appears to be that a very high amount of nicotine is entering your body in a short time and your body is unable to tolerate it. Nausea and vomiting are common in nicotine overdose. If so, cutting down on smoking or increasing the time gap between successive cigarettes will help. The other possibility is that smoking has caused gastritis which is in turn causing nausea and vomiting. If so, in addition to cutting down on smoking, you will also need a course of antacids and acid production lowering agents.

Hope this helps you. Best wishes.
