Why Am I Experiencing Tiredness, Difficulty In Breathing And Pain Inside Head?

Hello,

First of all, thank you for this opportunity.
To be honest, I'm quite scared about this subject. I assume everyone is, actually. I sometimes get really tired and can't breathe properly after climbing up stairs. Also, my head starts to make this vacuuming sound inside my head and while it's terribly aching. I wondered if there's anything wrong with me.
