Why Am I Experiencing Yellow Colored Penis Discharge During The Urge To Urinate And Having Joint Pains?
Good day please help me im 24 and im experiencing thin white to yellow odorless penile discharge every morning during in the urge of urination. i dont have any pain during urination. But i have slight joint pains now. The last unprotected sex that i have is with my girlfriend over a month ago and she's only the one that i had sex with for over 2 years now and she dont have any discharge or pain during urination or any lower abdominal pain.. What could my problem be?

It appears that you have starting of the gonorrhoea, it is an S.T.D. so the symptoms.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.You may need to have tests done for confirmation.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ,keeping in mind the other diseases, fluconazole, cifixime, and ornidazole.
