Why Am I Feeling Pain For The Last Four Days During 4.5 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

i had an ectopic pregnancy a year ago and i just found out im pregnant again. i have been experiencing sharp but not too painful cramps when i do things like stand up from a sitting or lying position. i did not have this the last ectopic pregnancy and i've had no spotting and im only 4.5 weeks and have felt the little pains for the last four days. last time i just noticed spotting and a dull ache in my back before my fallopian tube ruptured. how early do you typically feel symptoms of ectopic? should i feel any relief that the symptoms dont feel the same?

Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion ectopic pregnancy presents with pain abdomen, spotting usually. Here pain abdomen is present continuosly.Your symptoms might not suggest ectopic as it is present while getting up from lying or sitting position.Dont worry it might be muscular pain.
The recurrence of ectopic pregnancy might be around 15% -20%.But as you have pain it might be better to know the status of pregnancy in ultrasound.Dont worry.Avoid physical strain.
