Why Am I Getting Headaches,constipation And Stomach Pain?

Hi my name is Maria and I been feeling really bad lately. I been having this symptoms headache, dizzy , week, left arm hurts, constipated, the upper middle part of my stomach harts really bad and been feeling nauseated a lot. Please help me I don't know what's going on with me

Hi,

Stomach pain with constipation can be due to gastritis. Start a pantoprazole course and use lactulose syrup for constipation.
