I can understand your concern.
You see
anxiety itself is an ailment which presents as shaking legs ,sweaty palms, stomach pain,
chest pain and even
increased heart rate and palpitations.
I would suggest you not to be so anxious.
Try to consciously breathe in and out for 5 minutes a day. This is just a relaxation technique that will help you .
Get your blood pressure checked .
Continue with the medications.
Get an electrocardiogram done to rule out any cardiac pathology.
I would suggest you to report to a clinician if you have symptoms like chest pain,
dizziness, palpitation or breathlessness. Your doctor will be able to correlate clinically.
