Why Am I Getting Muscle Cramps In My Legs?

I am looking for names to muscle diseases. It's very uncommon but it was found by them doing a test where they put needles in your legs and shock them to see how your muscles or nerves react. There is times my muscles cramp up so bad I can't even walk. I am sore all the time and my arms get tired even while washing my hair.
